July WBN Luncheon: Enhancing Your Network through Community Engagement

The July Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Network (WBN) luncheon is 11:30AM on Thursday, July 14th at the Tahitian Noni Garden in North Provo (333 River Park Drive at the Riverwoods; come through the front doors and you’ll be directed).

The luncheon speaker is Adam Robertson, President and CEO of the Scera Center for the Arts.  Robertson will speak to us on “Enhancing Your Network through Community Engagement.”  While business-to-business networking is critical to organizational success, so, too, is community engagement.  Through Robertson’s position at the Scera, he knows best the ins and outs of Utah Valley community engagement.  Whether serving on a community action board, volunteering as a company with your employees for a charitable event, or becoming more involved in community-related groups (like the Women’s Business Network and Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce), you and your business will benefit from community engagement – Robertson will explain how!  Join us for an enlightening and entertaining presentation.

Invite your colleagues, register, and pay for the luncheon by Monday, July 11th to receive the $15 discounted rate. Those who register after this date will pay the regular $18 rate. To register, click the registration link on the left column of the blog or contact the Chamber directly at 801.851.2555.

Thank you to Keller Williams Realty Lehi and the Third Annual Ladies Curiosity Golf Challenge at Thanksgiving Point for sponsoring our luncheon; thanks also to our 2011 Angel Sponsor, the Barbara Barrington Jones Family Foundation!
