The April Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Network (WBN) luncheon is 11:30AM on Thursday, April 14th at the Heritage Schools, Inc. activities center (5600 N. 250 W. in the Provo Riverwoods Area). The luncheon speaker is attorney Randall B. Bateman, who will address “The Enormous Power and Importance of Intellectual Protection.” Bateman, a recognized speaker, will provide valuable information which is important to all organizations.
Bateman is the founder of Bateman IP Law Group and specializes in the protection of all forms of Intellectual Property. His experience includes complex litigation, and prosecution of patent, trademark and copyright matters. Bateman has represented clients from across the United States and several foreign countries. He has obtained more than 200 patents, and has overseen registration of nearly 250 trademarks. He has also litigated numerous patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters ranging from architectural copyright cases to patent cases in which his clients received million dollar settlements. Invite your colleagues, register, and pay for the luncheon by Monday, April 11th to receive the $15 discounted rate. Those who register after this date will pay the regular $18 rate. While attendees are welcomed at the door, it is strongly encouraged to RSVP so we can ensure there is adequate food!
