August WBN Luncheon

Join us for another wonderful WBN luncheon on August 13 at 11:30AM at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (RMUoHP) where we’ll enjoy another fun networking opportunity and also hear from Angela Ingo (see below) on the topic of Revitalizing your Workspace – On a Budget! RMUoHP is located at 561 E 1860 S in Provo.  To get there from I-15, take the University Avenue/1860 S exit; head east on 1860 S.  RMUoHP is on the left (blue roof).  Lunch is held in the Eastern-most building (labelled 561), closest to the mountains.  Enter the South doors and follow the signs!  Catering will be provided by Jason’s Deli.

Register and pay for the luncheon by 12PM on Monday, August 10th, to receive the $15 discounted rate. Those who register after this date will pay the regular $18 rate. While attendees are welcomed at the door, it is strongly encouraged to RSVP so we can ensure there is adequate food!  To register, click on the Events Registration link to the left or contact Camellia Rowland at crowland@thechamber.org or 801-851-2564.

Thanks to Alpine Spinal Rehabilitation Center  and Mainspring Day Spa for sponsoring this event!  If you or your organization would like to sponsor this or future events, your $50 donation goes directly into the WBN Scholarship Fund and allows you a brief presentation to the WBN Luncheon attendees.   For more information about this and future sponsorship opportunities, contact Ali Dyer at ali@uvmag.com.

Angela Ingo

Angela Ingo has always had a love of design and a creative flair. At a young age, she showed creativity in taking courses such as woodshop, where she designed and built a beautiful waterbed and bookshelves. Design became a passion for Ingo and led her to complete a bachelor’s degree in design. She uses her creativity through graphic design, handmade books, stained glass, framed leaf art, and no-cost room makeovers.

As the mother of three, Ingo recognizes the importance of creative experimentation in creating a comfortable home for her family.  Having seen positive results in her own home, she shares with others her skills while also using materials they already owned.  She began teaching the principles of no-cost room makeovers throughout Utah, as well as doing room-makeovers and consultations.  Ingo’s purpose is to teach skills to creating a beautiful, cozy home to anyone with a desire for more comfortable space.

Ingo has been featured on several radio programs and has several times been a guest on a locally aired TV show. Her blog, www.ImagineCozy.com, shares her design skills with a wider audience.
